Nicotine-pouch fast-track filing
Nicotine pouches placed on the Greek market by 31 December 2026 are filed with ΕΟΔΥ before market entry, without the six-month wait that applies from 1 January 2027. We check your products against the Greek specifications, review the Greek label and leaflet, and file in your name.
Window: your product data by 30 November 2026, market entry by 31 December 2026. Your Greek importer brings the goods in under its own licence.
Responsible Person for Greece
Every Greek notification must name a responsible person within the Union. For manufacturers established outside the EU, Vape-Distributors P.C. is named in your Greek notifications, watches EU-CEG and ΕΟΔΥ correspondence, answers authority requests within the legal deadline and files the annual report. EU manufacturers are handled case by case after the call.
Register audit & re-filing
A dated report of every entry filed under your brand in Greece: who filed it, whether that submitter is still active, when it was last updated, and what is missing. Where a dossier sits with a submitter you no longer work with, we re-file it under your own Submitter ID — for the brand owner, or with the owner’s written mandate.
Greek market-entry report
Your position in the Greek register and that of your competitors, category counts, the legal checklist for your products, and the route to market through Greek importers and distributors. Every estimate is labelled with its source. The fee is credited if you go on to a filing service.
After-care for products we file or re-file
Modifications, withdrawals and annual sales reports, so your notifications stay valid. From 18 February 2027 portable batteries must be removable and replaceable by the user (Regulation (EU) 2023/1542); every redesigned device needs a new Greek filing. File now to shorten the gap between the redesign and the shelf. We file the notification — battery design compliance stays with the manufacturer.
Shelf audit
Every product on your list checked against the Greek register: notified, past the six-month standstill, submitter still active. Plus a Greek-label check on a sample, a seller-registration check per point of sale and a supplier check for producer (EPR) registration. Optional monthly alert when the register changes for your products.

Trade shows in Europe
Booth management, representation on the floor, or a place on the Vape-Distributors shared stand. You contract with the organiser; we manage the rest.
