From the first call to a valid Greek filing

1. 30-minute call

   We scope your brands, SKU count and what is already filed in Greece. We check the public Greek register before the call.

2. Written proposal under NDA

   You receive the scope, the fee and the timeline in writing. Nothing starts before you sign.

3. Authorisation & data

   You sign the engagement and the authorisation for EU-CEG or ΕΟΔΥ, and send ingredient, emissions and packaging data. Filings are made under your own Submitter ID, or with us named as your Responsible Person.

4. Filing

   We assemble the dossier, check the Greek label and leaflet, pay the state fee from your advance and file. You receive proof of filing for every product.

5. After-care

   Authority requests, modifications, withdrawals and the annual report — so your notifications stay valid. Your Greek distributor sells under its own licence and normally imports; for manufacturers outside the EU we can be the importer in our own name, case by case, on prepaid orders.

For new e-cigarette products the six-month standstill starts on the filing date. Timing depends on the completeness of the manufacturer’s data: dossiers with missing emissions or toxicological data cannot be filed until the data is supplied.
