What we collect

This website has no contact forms and no user accounts for visitors. When you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly and the meeting by Microsoft Teams; the data you enter there (name, business email, company, notes) is used only to prepare and hold the meeting and any business relationship that follows.

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in B2B communication (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and stores no personal data. Only if you accept statistics cookies in the consent banner do we also load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies to measure how the site is used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie Policy page. Strictly necessary cookies set by WordPress, Cloudflare (security) and the consent tool itself are always active. Calendly sets its own cookies only if you open its booking page.

Processors

Hosting (our web-hosting provider), Cloudflare (content delivery, security and cookieless visit statistics), Google (Analytics 4, only with your consent), Calendly (scheduling) and Microsoft (email and Teams). Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Meeting and business correspondence data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and as required by Greek tax and commercial law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to [email protected] or to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
