Booth management
You sign with the organiser and the stand builder and pay them directly; we manage the rest. We select and coordinate the builder, handle badges, exhibitor services and logistics, and schedule meetings for your team. You arrive to a finished stand.
Representation on the floor
Our people staff your stand or present your range, collect qualified leads and send you a lead report after the show. Available together with booth management or on our shared stand.
A place on our shared stand
Not ready for your own booth? Take a dedicated place on the Vape-Distributors stand: your brand visible, our team presenting. We book the stand only when enough places are prepaid; if a show does not go ahead, you are refunded in full.
How it works

Written proposal
You receive the full budget: our fee, and the organiser and builder costs you will contract directly.
Prepaid, nothing committed for you
Our fee is prepaid. We never sign or pay the organiser or builder on your behalf.
Samples
Samples travel DDP with your own carrier and customs broker, in your name. We plan the timing; we never import them.

Good to know
- Trade shows are for presentation and B2B orders only. Products that are not notified in a market cannot be sold or supplied there — we plan your show around that.
- No sampling or vaping on the stand where local law prohibits it.
- We don’t guarantee leads or sales.
- Pricing is shared after the call, under NDA.
